Recommended dose
Adults take 1 capsule 2 times per day. Take with food to minimize gastric disturbance.

Consult a health care practitioner before taking if you are allergic to flower pollen. Hypersensitivity (e.g. allergy) has been known to occur; in which case, discontinue use. If you are taking other diuretics, consult a health care practitioner prior to use.
